You can send us your electronically stored artwork via email to design@hotline.co.uk or it can be emailed to your designated account manager at the time of ordering. Artwork can also be uploaded directly when ordering online. |

| We can accept electronically stored artwork in any of the following formats: |

EPS
PDF
TIFF - PC high resolution
GIF or JPEG - preferably with at least 300 dpi resolution.
A picture placed in a Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Excel Document.

| If you do not have electronically stored artwork - don't worry, simply send us your letterhead or compliments slip and we will design your message for best effect on each item. If you wish to supply artwork on CD, USB Memory Stick or post a hard copy, please send it to: |
