Q.Can I see what my design will look like on the product before I decide to buy?
A. Yes! Absolutely! Simply click on the 'Get started' button on the product page and follow the on screen instructions.
Q.Will my order be personalised exactly as I have designed it?
A. Once you place your order we will process it according to the options you have chosen. We will then send you an order confirmation with a digital copy of your artwork which we have prepared (based upon how you have set it up online) for your approval BEFORE we go to print. We may also include alternative layouts for you to consider (based on our experience) which could potentially display your message better effect by giving aspects of your design more prominence.
Q.What if I need this product quicker than the date(s) shown?
A. The delivery dates shown are standard for each product and based upon receiving your order today, however if you need it quicker we can usually accommodate your needs. Please call our friendly sales team on

Q.What if I need less than the minimum shown?
A.
Because of the complexity of personalising promotional products the minimum quantity shown is required on all online orders.
