Because each product carries its own dispatch figure, based on the branding method and how it's held. A screen printed canvas tote runs 5 days and a full colour bamboo fan runs 22, so they show dates more than two weeks apart on the same afternoon.

Yes, but we don't recommend it. Venues, events, and hotels can be busy places, and deliveries can easily go missing. Since we can’t provide direct instructions to courier drivers, there's a higher risk of your goods getting misplaced at large venues.

To avoid last-minute stress, we strongly advise having your items delivered to a home or business address ahead of time. If delivering directly to the event is your only option, we’ll ensure the goods reach the venue, but please note that we won’t be able to assist if they cannot be located once delivered.

Yes, a signature is required. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a calling card. You’ll need to contact the courier to arrange another delivery slot. For urgent orders, especially for events, ensure someone is there to sign for the delivery to avoid delays.

Not necessarily. Each item in your order may have a different lead time. The delivery date you choose for each item on the Visual Proof™ will be confirmed in your order confirmation once the order is placed.

Yes, we now deliver to non-mainland UK locations such as the Scottish Highlands and other outlying areas. We’ll always aim to deliver on the date shown at checkout, but depending on your location, it may take a little longer.

If you select our No-Rush delivery we give you an estimated delivery date whereas both Standard and Express options, we guaranteed to deliver by or on our guaranteed delivery date.

No, delivery is limited to one UK mainland address per order. For multiple addresses you can split your quantities into separate orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests. If you select either Standard or Express delivery at time of order the guaranteed delivery date reflects the latest possible date we will deliver your order. If you select No-Rush delivery the date reflects an estimated delivery date.
