Every product you've ordered from Hotline is saved in your account, so when you need the same thing again, Buy Again takes you straight back to it. You're not searching a catalogue of over 2,000 products for something you already chose, and you're not hunting through old emails for the artwork you already had approved.
If you've found a product, branded it and had it delivered successfully, that work is done. Doing it a second time from scratch is the part nobody should have to repeat.
Buy Again sits in your Hotline account, alongside your previous orders. Open your account, find the order, and Buy Again takes you back to the product you bought. The product comes back with the detail from your original order attached, which is the point. The version of this job without Buy Again involves remembering which of four similar bottles you picked eighteen months ago and then getting it wrong.
Staff uniforms and workwear. People join, garments wear out and sizes change, but the specification stays exactly the same. This is the most common repeat order we handle. Onboarding kits. If you hire in cohorts, every intake needs the same kit. The whole value of a standard welcome kit is that it stays standard, so re-ordering the identical items matters more here than anywhere else.
Recurring events. An annual conference, a quarterly roadshow or a careers fair you attend every autumn needs the same merchandise against a new date. Repeat campaigns. Anything that worked once and is worth running again, where changing the product would only introduce risk.
One thing worth doing on any repeat order is looking at the delivery date on the product page rather than assuming it matches last time.
Dispatch times change, and they vary far more across our range than most people expect. A screen printed canvas tote runs 5 days. A full colour bamboo fan runs 22. Stock levels, branding method and time of year all play a part, so a product that arrived comfortably in March may need more notice in November. The date on the page is always the current one, and it's the date we'll deliver on or before.
It's also worth glancing at the stock figure while you're there, especially on clothing, where availability is shown size by size.
You may still be able to find it. Once you've verified your work email address, your account can show relevant previous Hotline orders placed by colleagues within your organisation, which is covered in viewing your organisation's previous orders.
That matters most when merchandise buying has changed hands. The person who ordered the polo shirts two years ago may have left, but the order hasn't. If you're ordering something new rather than repeating an order, our branded hoodies and sweats range covers the most commonly repeated purchase we handle.
