The range covers three types of fan, at three quite different price points.

Rechargeable Handheld Misting Fan. The premium end of the range, for occasions where you're giving to fewer people and want the item to feel substantial.

Where promotional fans work

A fan solves a problem the recipient has at the exact moment you hand it over. That's unusual in promotional merchandise, and it's why people tend to hold on to one for the rest of the day rather than putting it straight in a bag.

The occasions that suit them best are outdoor festivals and music events, summer sports fixtures, outdoor exhibitions and county shows, hospitality and hotel welcome packs, and travel promotions. Ordering for a summer event

Work backwards from your event and leave more room than feels necessary.

At 22 days to dispatch on the bamboo fan, plus your own proof approval time and delivery, you want to be placing the order roughly six weeks before your date. For a July festival that means ordering in May, and for an August event it means ordering in June.
