We couldn't match the curvy pen blue to the other navy products we ordered :(

When you enter the promo code and then click the button to apply it, nothing happens. It doesn't show the discount has been applied until the last page before you confirm and pay.

Like the new clean look & feel. Perso did not work on first attempt, no 'Continue Shopping' link on basket page

Easy ... until check-out and back forth numerous times as wouldn't accept Invoice address even when selected. Then didn't alter the 'contact' ... even after several attempts and reverts back to the last order I placed. Gave up in the end and left the same info; although incorrect. Hey-Ho ;oD

When delivering the order please enter through back of the building, the entrance of which can be found down Cumberlow Avenue, and our black gate is on the left hand side. Hi there, Could you please let me know if the quality of our logo is ok or whether a different format would be better for the design? Many thanks! Additionally we work on the top floor of an old building, so when delivering please come through the main front door (blue) and press the buzzer for SVC. The building is only open on weekdays. Artwork- If possible we''d like the logo much larger. Is it also possible to print the logo on 2 sides of the bottle. Delivery address- You will see the Locker 27 sign from the road.
