the delivery is to an office open between 09.00 and 17.00 monday to friday only. the other sid of the key will be used for car registrations so please keep it clear.

Please used attached logos if the one attached does not work. It is crucial I get the pens by date promised as I fly out the next day

We are difficult to find Our actual Address is: Owlsclough Farm, Cotton Dell, Oakamoor Stoke-On-Trent ST10 3DL, However do not attempt to use satnav as you will find yourself 4 miles away in a tiny dead-end lane. The best postcode for satnav is ST10 3AA. That will get you to the centre of Oakamoor village. On the main road through the village is a pub called “The Cricketers Arms”. On the other side of the road from the Cricketers is a small car park with recycling bins etc. If you were in that car park, looking directly back across the road, you would be looking at a gap between two houses. That is the start of our drive. Drive through that gap and up a long lane. You will start to think you have a mistake, but keep on going and we are the only property on the lane, so you cant miss us.

I am not sure if I have made it clear to remove the white form the logo so print is in bottle green for wording and logo

Would it be possible to have more artwork added to the other side of the pen? We have an additional logo that we would like on here if possible

If possible I would prefer our website address on the pen instead of (or as well as) our phone number and with our logo www.ormistonvictoryacademy.co.uk - This wouldn''t all fit on the proforma on the website - could you perhaps make the type slightly smaller so it fits on - we have previously had pens from you which had all this information on

As per previous order, we were very pleased with them.

Pleas make sure that the logo is clear to see with the thin black outline on the first half of it. I have uploaded an eps file of the logo which can be used. Please also send me a proof of the pen artwork for approval before print. Kind Regards Toni Williams toni@manbat.co.uk
