Hi, Please can you ensure the logo is centred both horizontally and vertically on the front of the mug as it was hard to tell how accurate it was adding the logo online? Also, if the quality of the logo is not high, please let me know. Nicola

Please can the colour for the phone number on the back of the token match the green of the logo on the front, and if possible can I have the background to the front of the token in white as the design shows, and the background for the reverse of the token be in silver. we are the first building on the left hand side based within the car park of Goldsworth School. The gates are locked from 8:30am,-9am and 3pm - 4pm daily, but staff are at the nursery between 7:30am - 6:30pm daily.

I thought I had already checkout and ordered this however have not received any artwork and had also highlighted that our event is not until early June so would require helium end of May if we are only permitted to keep this for one month. Event is 1-7 June. Do not want to receive double order so would appreciate if you could check this at your end to see if this is already in your system.

Can we please have a larger print area than shown on the website? Our logo is taller, rather than wide so the space available online makes the logo very small. We''d be grateful if you could increase this size so the logo is clear and easy to see.
