Bourne House is the very last house in Horsell Park. The delivery driver needs to come into Horsell Park up the hill over the sleeping policemen and turn left at the postbox at the top of the hill. Then follow the road all the way down, round a sharp left hand bend and half way round a roundabout with a tree in the middle. Bourne House will then be in front of them.
