Following conversation today re delivery required for Wed 27/03/13. Tried to upload several versions of artwork but failed. Logo and wording is what we require as per order but to fill the space available if possible in white on the light blue bands. If what sent doesn''''t work we would prefer the attached file. can you strip the logo to the one colour to match the text please and let me see a proof. And on the quick proof ive seen the logo has moved up into the text. This is not what i want. Really need to see a proof please. Thanks Maria

We wish to have a better proof or printed sample before you go ahead, please. Your site has the best arrangement for seeing the product with our logo on it, but adjusting the size and position of the logo and wording and knowing exactly how it will work is still very difficult to see, as the picture is so small. I was struggling to get logo and group details together, it may need tidying up.

I would like to print the web address on the inside of the USB wristband if this is possible please. I wanted to order the pens in three different colour and did not have the opportunity. The 500 I have ordered can I please have a mixture of Blue, Black and Burgundy pens please, all with silver print.

please can i see a draft of what they look like as on my computer it looks like the logo is a bit dodgy, also we are a charity and these mugs and memory stick are promotional material which usually means we do not have to pay VAT. I ma not sure how to finalise my order without including VAT, so will finalise and then hopefully you will either give us a credit note or refund the VAT. Our Charity number is: 1054524 thanks

we have chosen 1 colour so happy for the black writing on the bottom of logo to be red also we have tried to get the largest size and text in the space available but not sure if we have achieved it
