Excellent I spoke to a very helpful and patient lady, Athena, on the phone. She explained why I could not have certain mugs and which were the best for putting a photo on, sending me the link very promptly. Many thanks Athena.

Please take the word Ltd off the end of the name, The last order I had the Ltd was removed but its still there on the visual . Ill try to call you

Very easy to place an order i also like being able to see the item before you buy

Nothing was too much trouble for them with the constant changing of the artwork. The visuals are updated so quickly which is helpful. Emails are replied without delay. Returning customer and happy to recommend.
