My first time using Hotline. After sending through my order I had a reply in less than one hour. Detais regarding the logo ie what had to be done in order for it to sit nicely on products purchased were explained. Liked the fact there was an image of who I was dealing with.

I can only congratulate them on their efficiency. I have placed two orders this morning but I am yet to receive the goods. I will have to wait to see how the order matches up to my expectations.
Great team and very speedy proofing process. Obviously can't comment on quality of product yet but if it's as good as your customer service with the design/proofing it will be great
