View allHotline's Sponsorship Programme gives charities and non-profit organisations branded merchandise for their events, fundraising and outreach, and you can apply through the form on our sponsorship page. We've sponsored everything from prizes for a charity golf day and tote bags for every finisher of a women's 8K run to pencils for children's art packs and wristbands for London Marathon runners.
This article explains what the programme offers, who can apply and how, why we do it, and the organisations we've supported so far.
What does Hotline's Sponsorship Programme offer?
Through the programme, we provide charities and non-profit organisations with branded merchandise to help them run their events, raise money and spread the word about their work. What we provide depends on the event, from pens and tote bags to wristbands, sports bottles and drawstring bags, usually printed with the organisation's own logo.
Organisations we've sponsored have used our free Visual Proof™ to see their logo on the products before anything was made. Yvonne West of Brain Research UK, which we sponsored at the 2026 TCS London Marathon, said: "The Visual Proof™ stage was especially helpful. It gave us real confidence in how the final products would look and ensured everything aligned perfectly with our branding before going into production."
Who can apply?
The programme is for charities and non-profit organisations. The organisations we've supported include national and local charities, a community interest company, grassroots sports clubs and the organisers of community and fundraising events, from a business group's Christmas charity luncheon to a golf day run by three friends.
How do you apply?
Fill in the application form on our sponsorship page with your organisation's name, your name, your email address, phone number and website, and use the Details box to tell us about your organisation and what you'd like the merchandise for. Our sponsorship team will then be in touch.
Why does Hotline sponsor charities and community groups?
We sponsor charities and community organisations to give something back, and branded merchandise is what we know best, so it's what we give. We want the products we provide to make sense for the event and the people receiving them, particularly when organisers already have enough to think about.
You can see it in what we've supplied. For RISE's 8K run along the Sussex coast, that meant a tote bag for every runner who crossed the finish line. For Spread a Smile's virtual art club, it meant rainbow pencils for art packs posted to children in hospital or at home, which the charity described as "small ambassadors for our mission".
Holly Freeman of Rise UK explained why the charity came to us: "Hotline has a strong reputation for supporting community initiatives and promoting positive social impact, which made them an ideal partner for an event that’s all about empowerment, inclusion, and wellbeing."
