Good customer service. Submitted file for printing on a cotton bag and was advised/supported to produce the file in a higher quality to ensure the artwork was printed in the best quality on the bags.

Positive - easy process

The visualise option is so easy and useful- everything about your website has been so much easier than ordering from other printed goods companies, and doesn't end up doubling in price when you get to the checkout like all of the others I've tried which is really really frustrating, especially when you're on a charity budget!! So thank you!!
