There was some confusion over our requirements initially, but I spoke with Lucy and she was very helpful, making several artworks and even suggested an alternative colour that we actually preferred!

Good customer service. Submitted file for printing on a cotton bag and was advised/supported to produce the file in a higher quality to ensure the artwork was printed in the best quality on the bags.
