Clear and easy-to-use website. The ability to generate a visual of the finished product was really helpful. When our order got a little complicated, it was good to be able to speak directly to people to complement the online service. Minor gripe is that online price divides down to a unit cost with fractions of a penny; confuses our online financial systems!
