Very impressed with this company. I needed an order before the actual delivery time mentioned and was hoping the items would come in time before our event we have coming up . They arrived 6 days earlier 🙌 not only that the day after I ordered there was a price drop and I mentioned I thought that was unfair as I had spent a lot and as a good will gesture they refunded the difference. Highly recommend. I’m ordering again with them for sure

We ordered some seed pencils for our clients open day, we had a bit of going backwards and forwards with iterations to the design and this was no problem, we eventually were able to sign it off and pencils were delivered in time for the event and the client was happy.
It was my first time ordering promotional merchandise and I found the helpful service and delivery of the goods was excellent I had from Hotline was brilliant.
I would definitely use them again.
